SACA reported on the day THUS:
Travis Head has led the way for Australia on day two, with his second Test fifty and first on home soil in the baggy green. Australia is 7/191 trailing India by 59 runs at stumps thanks to his hard-fought 61 not out from 149 deliveries. Head walked to the crease with Australia reeling at 4/87 after Usman Khawaja (28) was caught behind, but he led the charge as his team fight to reach India’s first innings total of 250.
A crowd of 25,693 watched the South Australia captain bring up the milestone at Adelaide Oval. Play resumes from 10:30am on Saturday.
So, what happened today was not quite as joyous for the Aussies as the events that unfolded on the Thursday
