United Ethnics to play Cricket for British School of Colombo

Over 15 Squad : Salman Akbarally (Captain),  Rahul Chigullapalli (Wk),  Kyle Crosland,  Akitha Gunadasa,  Senuka Darmakeerthi,  Dillon David, Tevan Buell,  Chamaka Perera,  Rex Tharindu Nanayakkara, Sadhan Jayasuriya, Vishnu Praveen, Hasan Sohail, Siyath Srikanth,  Kavinda Subasinghe,  Heshan Tharindu

The Under-13 and Under-15 cricketers of the British School in Colombo will tour England during their summer holidays next month. The team will leave the island on June 30. During their one week stay, they will play six matches in three different counties with school teams and regional cricket squads. During their time in England, they will play a variety of matches including Pink Ball, White Ball Red ball, T20 and 35 Over matches. The itinerary will see the boys stay in London for three nights, Stafford for two nights and Manchester for two nights.

A total of 28 students and four staff make up the tour party and they are all excited to make an impact on UK turf against Portsmouth Grammar School, Edge Grove School, Upper Latymer School, Abbotshome School, Denston College, Silcoates School, Yorkshire Pro Academy, Barkisland Academy and Calderdale Academy.
