It was started by Vinay Verma 18 months ago with the help of three other writers: namely, Gideon Haigh Mike Coward and Ayaz Memon. In most cases the articles are exclusive to the Chronicles. In some months like this one Haigh’s piece also appeared in Cricinfo. Thirty per cent 3of its subscriptions go to the LBW Trust which was formed at the instigation of Peter Roebuck.
